Job summary

US Med-Equip is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Orlando, FL to support hospital partners by coordinating orders, deliveries, and equipment service. You will liaise with operations and sales to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment while maintaining high standards of professionalism and safety.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to manage multiple shifts, and compliance with DOT/physical requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record in past 3 years.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to healthcare professionals.
• Able to read/write in English and perform math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment to healthcare institutions.
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles.
• Assist with servicing, shipping, and receiving equipment in the branch warehouse.
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts and respond to needs.
• Maintain a neat appearance and wear company uniform.
• Adhere to operations process and quality management system standards.
• Coordinate daily with local sales and team members on orders and deliveries.
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Carefully load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies to support clinicians in healthcare institutions
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts, listening and responding to their patient and equipment needs
• Maintain a neat appearance, including wearing a company uniform
• Adhere to the operations process, including quality management system standards
• Coordinate daily with local sales representative and other company team members on equipment orders and delivery, planning and support to healthcare partners
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Preferred Education

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record for the past 3 years
