Job summary

US Med-Equip in Wilmington, MA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support hospital partners with equipment orders, deliveries and service needs. You will work with operations and the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and timely logistics.

Responsibilities include loading and transporting equipment, helping service and receive gear in the branch warehouse, and coordinating with local sales staff.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record for the past 3 years
• Ability to read and write in English and perform math calculations
• Able to work unsupervised
• Excellent communication skills
• Lift up to 75 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs
• Ability to pass a DOT certification/physical

Responsibilities

• Carefully load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies to support clinicians in healthcare institutions
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts, listening and responding to their patient and equipment needs
• Maintain a neat appearance, including wearing a company uniform
• Adhere to the operations process, including quality management system standards
• Coordinate daily with local sales representative and other company team members on equipment orders and delivery, planning and support to healthcare partners
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions
• All other duties as assigned
