MedSpeed is hiring a Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver in Fairfax for a full-time evening shift. You will drive a company vehicle, transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, and related materials, while ensuring safety and accuracy with a handheld scanner.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, professional client interaction, and efficient routing across routes. Must be 19+, hold a valid driver's license, and pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years old with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated dependability and reliability.
• Familiarity working with and adapting to technology.
• Demonstrated ability to follow procedures closely.
• Ability to determine efficient routing between multiple points.
• Ability to pass initial and random drug & alcohol screen.
• Drive a non-commercial vehicle throughout the shift on various roads and in varying weather conditions.
• Must have an excellent driving history.
• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination depending on location and local mandates.
• Must be able to regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Drive a company-owned vehicle and transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x-rays, hospital supplies, interoffice mail and related materials.
• Operate a hand-held scanning device to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Observe operating policies, procedures and service schedules.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Load and unload company vehicles with appropriate equipment.
• Demonstrate safe and courteous driving behavior.
• Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, neat vehicle.
• Route assignments may change; perform duties across all routes as needed.
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration with teammates and clients.
• Support a collaborative MedSpeed team culture.
