MedSpeed is hiring a Medical Delivery Driver in Harrisonburg, VA for full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM. You will operate a company vehicle, transport lab specimens and medical supplies, and utilize a handheld scanner while delivering reliable, safe service to our healthcare partners.

The role emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, and adaptive routing across routes, with benefits and a company vehicle supported by a strong, growth-focused culture.

Qualificações

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 19 years of age with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Demonstrated dependability and reliability.
• Familiarity working with and adapting to technology.
• Demonstrated ability to follow procedures closely.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x-rays, hospital supplies, interoffice mail and related materials in a company-owned vehicle.
• Operate a hand-held scanning device to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Observe operating policies, procedures and service schedules.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Load and unload company vehicles with appropriate equipment.
• Demonstrate safe and courteous driving behavior.
• Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean vehicle.
• Route duties vary based on client and business needs; perform across all routes.
• Demonstrate teamwork and adaptability with teammates and clients.
• Build and nurture a collaborative MedSpeed team culture.
