Norco, Inc in Meridian, Idaho seeks a Medical Customer Service – Central Support representative to handle inbound calls and pre-qualification steps for new Intakes. You will maintain accurate records, process orders, and assist in setting up new accounts while meeting targets.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.

• Accurately enter data into computer and learn applicable software.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Communicate with customers professionally and enthusiastically.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions.
• Follow call scripts for different topics.
• Keep records of conversations in the electronic system.
• Meet personal qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Answer billing and other questions or direct to billing personnel.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge including placement, availability, price and use.
• Process customer orders and input into computer.
• Initiate and complete new intakes and assist in setting up new accounts.
• Route patient information to appropriate personnel/departments for ordering, delivery and billing.
• Arrange referrals to community agencies or for travel to assist continuity of care.
• Adhere to procedures, policies and safety rules.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
