Responsibilities

• Manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Communicate with customers in a professional and enthusiastic way.
• Identify customers needs, clarify information, research issues and provide a solution.
• Follow call scripts for different topics.
• Keep records of customer conversations in Norco's system.
• Meet personal qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Handle billing questions or route to billing personnel.
• Provide knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and use.
• Process customer orders and input orders into the computer.
• Initiate and complete new intakes and assist in setting up new accounts.
• Route patient information to appropriate personnel/departments.
• Arrange referrals to community agencies for continuity of care.
• Adhere to procedures, policies and safety rules.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
