The role requires 5+ years in healthcare analytics, strong coding skills (R, SQL, Python), and experience building dashboards in Tableau/Power BI. Travel up to 25% is possible.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health, Economics, Mathematics/Actuarial Sciences or related area.
• 5 years in Medical Economics or Healthcare Analytics in payer sector.
• Strong coding background with dashboards in Tableau/Power BI/R Shiny; SQL/Excel proficiency.
• Experience extracting and analyzing large datasets using SAS/SQL.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic insights into emerging medical cost trends with executive-ready presentations.
• Extract, summarize and analyze large datasets with SAS, SQL or similar tools.
• Coordinate savings projections and post-implementation savings measurements.
• Develop business cases and improve savings estimation capabilities.
• Present analytics insights to key partners in a matrix environment.
