Responsibilities include developing program value, tracking outcomes, and identifying opportunities, with travel to various sites and collaboration with matrix partners. A strong background in healthcare economics and coding is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Medical Economics, Healthcare Analytics, Informatics and/or Actuarial Services in the health care payer sector
• Strong coding background (R, R Shiny, Python, SQL, etc.)
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or R Shiny
• Strong Technical Data Skills (SAS / SQL, R, Tableau, Excel, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Use medical cost analytics to provide fact-based strategic insights into emerging medical cost trends.
• Develop the value of programs and track outcomes to measure success.
• Present analytics and insights to key business partners through clear, executive-quality presentations.
