Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of medical services for clients.
• Ensure systems are updated to match caregivers with clients.
• Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
• Facilitate communication between clients, caregivers, and providers.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new Medical Coordinators.
• Develop procedures for medical care to enhance service quality.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of client health information.
• Verify medications from pharmacy against client lists.
• Ensure applications for client medical services are completed as needed.
• Other duties as needed.
