Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional medical coding experience across one or more specialties.
• 3-4+ years of people leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of coding compliance principles and audit readiness expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop coding staff to support accuracy and accountability.
• Oversee day-to-day coding operations for timely encounters.
• Monitor team KPIs, including coding quality scores and turnaround times.
