You will manage goals, policies, and staff development within the regional coding team, requiring an active coding certification and revenue cycle experience. The base pay range is $65,000.00 - $116,747.20 per year, with eligibility to participate in an annual bonus plan at 10.00% target.

Qualifications

• Active coding certification through AHIMA or AAPC.
• Healthcare revenue cycle management experience.
• Strong Excel reporting and data analysis skills.
• Leadership experience managing coding teams and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team performance to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Conduct daily/weekly coding performance reviews.
• Address complex coding workflow issues and drive resolutions.
• Collaborate with quality review to ensure compliance and improvements.
