Our largest client is seeking experienced Risk Adjustment HCC Coders to join their team!

This is an entry-level opportunity, CPC-A's are preferred, CCA's will be considered.

Full-time only, no part-time hours are available.

Long-term contract (through May 2026).

Fully remote position.

Training lasts 3-4 weeks, during which no missed time is allowed.

Classes (start dates) are scheduled through July and part of August 2025.

As a Medical Coder, you will work remotely to accurately assign ICD-10 Codes for diagnoses in outpatient and inpatient records, focusing on risk adjustment for Medicare, ACA, and Medicaid.

Ensure that all HCC coding assignments are accurate according to coding policies and based on documentation in the medical records.

Utilize thorough knowledge of coding policies, medical terminology, and technology.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Acceptable Coding certifications include:
