This position will support the EcoInteractive business line, part of the GovTech division of SOVRA brand products, serving government customers.

About The Job

As an Implementation Specialist, your responsibilities include standardizing and transforming client data into a templated format, engaging with clients via calls, and working cross-functionally to configure and set up client systems.

This is an entry-level role where you'll make a tangible impact daily. You will join a result-driven, detail-oriented team focused on building relationships and solving complex problems.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Standardize and transform client data into a templated format.
  • Configure systems during implementation, understanding configurable options.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and meet client needs.
  • Become a product and domain expert, understanding workflows and customer use cases.
  • Lead customer calls and follow-up tasks such as developing specs, mockups, and training materials.
  • Manage the onboarding process to meet success metrics.
  • Meet implementation timelines and scope.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to scope requests, implement features, and set up integrations.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide updates to management and report issues.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.
Required and Valuable Experience
  • Experience with data manipulation, standardization, using tools like Trifacta and Excel/Power Query.
  • At least 2 years in data transformation, software configuration, or implementation.
  • Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple implementations simultaneously.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, G-Suite; experience with Trifacta is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
