Minimally Invasive Procedure Specialists in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Clinic Manager to own clinic operations, drive patient-focused outcomes, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience in clinic management.
• Experience in healthcare management is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• We will optimize schedules and align templates to enhance provider productivity and clinic efficiency.
• We will collaborate with front desk and clinical teams to ensure accurate eligibility verification, authorizations, and documentation, preventing revenue cycle issues.
• We will also monitor performance trends, provide feedback, lead daily huddles, conduct weekly one-on-ones, and guide monthly metric reviews to foster accountability and continuous improvement.

Schedule

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
