Thrive Health Systems is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the administrative and operational functions of our Colorado clinics. You will lead scheduling, front desk training, billing, IT systems, and facility maintenance while driving revenue growth across sites in Colorado Springs and Denver.

Ideal candidates bring crisis-management skills, strategic planning, and strong people leadership. This is a full-time role with occasional travel and performance-based bonuses.

Formación

• Operations experience across crises, HR, IT, and facilities in clinical settings.
• Ability to plan, implement scalable systems and processes.
• Strong communication and integrity in a people-focused environment.
• Technology proficiency with business software and phone systems.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule management: keep appointments organized and booked.
• Respond to new patient calls and form fills within 5 minutes; meet appointment goals.
• Collect fees before and after visits; maintain cancellation goals.
• Train and sign off front desk staff; ensure 100% readiness.
• Deliver excellent customer service and complete insurance claims.
• Oversee IT projects, equipment purchasing, and facilities maintenance.
• Manage crisis situations and train doctors on operational tasks.
• Oversee the administrative side of doctors and clinic openings/moves.
• Create daily/weekly/monthly scoreboards and manage phone systems.
