IVI RMA in Basking Ridge, NJ is seeking a Medical Claims Coordinator. This full-time on-site role offers a starting hourly wage of $21.00 with a possible hybrid arrangement after 90 days based on performance and business needs.

Primarily on-site, training is conducted during the first 90 days. Responsibilities include communicating with insurance companies, submitting documentation, and navigating medical claim systems.

Medical Claims Coordinator - Hybrid

Salary Range: $21.00 To $21.00 Hourly

RMA is seeking a full-time Medical Claims Coordinator to join our growing team in Basking Ridge,NJ. At IVI RMA, we are committed to the professional growth and development of our employees. This position is primarily on-site. A hybrid work arrangement may be considered typically after 90 days of employment, based on performance, role requirements, and business needs. Employees approved for hybrid work are expected to maintain productivity standards and must provide their own reliable equipment and internet access for remote work.

Scheduled work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

The first 90 days of employment will be worked onsite to support training and integration into the team. After 90 days, and contingent upon satisfactory performance, employees may be eligible for a hybrid schedule of up to two remote workdays per week.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency - required
• Comfortable with continuous communication with various insurance companies - required
• Minimum 1 year of medical reimbursement experience – preferred
• Proficient computer literacy including; ability to use computers and related technology efficiently - required
• High energy, excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, and demonstrated self-directed work ethic – required
• Aptitude to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
• Women's Healthcare and Fertility experience - Preferred
