Job summary

IVI RMA in Basking Ridge, NJ is seeking a Medical Claims Coordinator. This full-time on-site role offers a starting hourly wage of $21.00 with a possible hybrid arrangement after 90 days based on performance and business needs.

Primarily on-site, training is conducted during the first 90 days. Responsibilities include communicating with insurance companies, submitting documentation, and navigating medical claim systems.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with continuous communication with various insurance companies.
• High energy, excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, and demonstrated self-directed work ethic.
• Aptitude to work independently and demonstrate good judgment.
• Women’s Healthcare and Fertility experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Contact insurance companies to request reprocessing of incorrectly denied claims.
• Submit support documentation when requested by insurance.
• Navigate insurance websites to locate claim and payment information.
• Work aging reports to identify and resolve old, outstanding claims.
• Document progress and office notes in our internal Electronic Medical Records system (Artemis) and /or billing system
