Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Screen and route incoming calls using electronic attendant console.
• Provide instructions and assistance to callers inside and outside the medical center.
• Process all incoming/outgoing calls and maintain records.
• Provide overhead paging and respond to emergencies per SOP.
• Offer general information (e.g., visiting hours) and distribute pagers to VA employees.
