This role emphasizes coordinating patient care with attorneys, paralegals, and legal case managers to gather documentation and ensure patients are cleared for treatment.

The ideal candidate will manage 70+ active cases, communicate proactively, and maintain accurate records and timely follow-ups.

Qualificações

• Experience in personal injury medical case management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of 70+ active personal injury patients.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Medical Case Manager to support a busy pain management practice specializing in personal injury cases.

This position focuses on the medical provider side of personal injury case management, working directly with attorneys, paralegals, and legal case managers to coordinate patient care, obtain necessary documentation, and ensure patients are cleared and ready for treatment.

The ideal candidate must be proactive, an excellent communicator, and capable of independently managing 70+ active cases while maintaining accuracy, organization, and timely follow-ups.
