A higher education institution is seeking a Facilities Associate Project Manager to assist in managing daily operations and safety within the College of Medicine. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination of day-to-day administrative functions.
• Respond to after-hours safety and security issues on a rotating schedule.
• Coordinate administrative functions including reporting and requisition submissions.

Skills

Knowledge of facilities maintenance

Building security

Computer skills in Microsoft Office

Basic knowledge of ADA and OSHA

Ability to lift 30lbs or more

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
