Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience working with the public with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with multiple computer systems.
• One year or 32 college credits in a related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Medical Practice Business Associate.
• Experience with insurance providers like Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medicare, Medicaid.
• Knowledge of ICD-9/ICD-10 and CPT coding.
• EHR system experience.
