- Be the face and voice of the show across all platforms (YouTube, IG, X, TikTok)
- Host and lead weekly show episodes, interviews, and fan-driven segments
- Help brainstorm show topics, creative segments, and social content ideas
- Represent the brand with authenticity, charisma, and credibility
- Collaborate with the producer and editor on timing, flow, and delivery
- Strong on-camera presence and ability to engage an audience
- Deep interest in sports, culture, and women’s representation in media
- Confident communicator with opinionated takes and personality
- Experience in hosting, podcasting, broadcasting, or content creation
- Comfortable recording remotely or in-person (depending on location)
- Bonus if you’re active on social or have an existing following
