Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit clean insurance claims accurately and within required timelines.
• Manage billing follow-up with commercial insurance carriers and Workers' Compensation payers.
• Track claim status, research denials, process corrections, and support appeals as needed.
• Complete and manage Workers' Compensation PR-1 and PR-2 billing and documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate patient billing records and ensure documentation supports claim submission.
• Follow healthcare billing regulations, payer requirements, and internal billing procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $25 to $30 per hour.
• Job type: Contract/Temporary.
• Location: Irvine, CA.
• For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.

Required Qualifications and Skills
