Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in insurance billing and claims management.
• Healthcare billing experience required.
• Experience with commercial insurance payers and Workers' Compensation.
• Knowledge of PR-1 and PR-2 documentation and billing requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple claims and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit insurance claims accurately and timely.
• Manage billing follow-up with commercial insurers and WC payers.
• Track claim status, research denials, and support appeals as needed.
• Complete and manage WC PR-1 and PR-2 billing and documentation.
• Maintain accurate patient billing records and ensure documentation supports submission.
• Follow billing regulations, payer requirements, and internal procedures.
