Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verifies insurance and communicates with carriers for reimbursement.
• Performs daily and monthly close out procedures for internal controls and cash balancing.
• Maintains knowledge of co-pays, deductibles, and workers' compensation protocols for accurate billing.
• Promotes customer satisfaction with professional communication.
• Keeps files and records organized to ensure confidentiality and smooth workflow.
• Input accurate demographic and medical data and assist with financial counseling when appropriate.
• Support Clinic Manager with assigned duties and complete goals.
