Responsibilities

• Verifies insurance and communicates with carriers for reimbursement.
• Performs daily/ monthly close out procedures for internal controls and cash balancing.
• Maintains knowledge of co-pays, deductibles, and workers' compensation protocols for accurate billing.
• Promotes customer satisfaction with professional communication.
• Maintains organized files and records to ensure confidentiality and workflow.
• Input accurate patient demographic and medical data; assist with financial counseling when appropriate.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by Clinic Manager.
• Complete assigned goals.
