Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or similar level of experience.
• 5–10 years of experience working and managing staff in a business environment.
• Experience in working with software and systems.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse groups and coach high performers.
• Ability to establish priorities and communicate initiatives to staff.

Responsibilities

• Process analysis to determine areas of process improvement.
• Ensure that all corporate and client goals are being met.
• Add, adapt, and implement processes to meet client and team needs.
• Oversee management staff and provide education and guidance as needed.
• Monitor dashboards and adjust staffing to address out-of-target work.
• Monitor staff productivity and address outliers.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss processes and billing issues.
• Analyze process flows and monitor daily activity of direct reports.
• Assess account work volumes to determine needed resources.
• Determine staffing needs based on client volume and forecast.
• Direct management on task priorities and address KPI performance.
