Five Star Solutions is seeking a Medical Billing Customer Service Representative to assist patients with billing questions in a remote capacity for residents of designated U.S. states.

You will handle inbound calls, provide accurate account details, and process payments with a patient-focused, professional approach. Responsibilities include documenting inquiries, escalating disputes as needed, and delivering excellent service during sensitive billing conversations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

This is a remote position for individuals living in the states of: Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

Responsibilities

$14 - $14 an hour

Shift differential(extra $1/hr nights & wkds)

Work hours - 9:00am-6:00pm (EST) ; Work Days - Mon-Fri

Paid Training - typically 1 week in length from 9:00am-6:00pm (EST)

Status - Full Time 40 hours
