You will handle inbound calls about statements, insurance payments, and balances, document interactions, and process payments, while escalating complex issues as needed. Paid training, full-time 40 hours weekly, with a modest night/weekend differential.

This is a remote position for individuals living in the states of: Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

Responsibilities

$14 - $14 an hour

Shift differential(extra $1/hr nights & wkds)

Work hours - 9:00am-6:00pm (EST) ; Work Days - Mon-Fri

Paid Training - typically 1 week in length from 9:00am-6:00pm (EST)

Status - Full Time 40 hours
