Five Star Solutions is seeking a Medical Billing Customer Service Representative to assist patients with billing questions with professionalism, patience, and care. This remote role is available to individuals living in multiple US states and offers 40 hours per week with EST working hours.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls about statements and payments, documenting inquiries, processing payments over the phone, and escalating disputes as needed. Paid training is provided.

This is a remote position for individuals living in the states of: Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

$14 - $14 an hour

Shift differential(extra $1/hr nights & wkds)

Work hours - 9:00am-6:00pm (EST) ; Work Days - Mon-Fri

Paid Training - typically 1 week in length from 9:00am-6:00pm (EST)

Status - Full Time 40 hours
