Responsabilités

• Pursuit of delegated patient A/R and collection of balances.
• Follow up on unpaid guarantor balances.
• Prepare collection letters and employ collection methods.
• Communicate with patients regarding their balances or questions about their bill.
• Process payments via phone or bill head.
