• Teaching experience in higher education or clinical education.
• Ability to develop and update curricula for medical assisting/X-ray programs.
• Experience leading a program or department within an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Medical Assisting with X-Ray program.
• Develop curriculum for the department.
• Recruit, orient, and train faculty; advise on hiring decisions.
• Provide guidance on performance, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Organize student orientations, graduation ceremonies, and PAC meetings.
• Monitor student attendance and attrition; manage department attrition.
• Teach courses as required; travel as needed; supervise department staff.
