Job summary

Concorde Career Colleges seeks a Program Director Radiologic Technology to lead and elevate the program, ensuring accreditation compliance, strong academics, and high-quality training. You will oversee operations, curriculum innovation, and partnerships with clinical sites to support student success.

You'll drive faculty development, mentor instructors, manage budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory standards while advancing program outcomes and student placements.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Radiologic Technology required.
• Master's degree in any subject preferred.
• Current ARRT certification or registration required.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Leadership or management experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and long-term planning for the Radiologic Technology program; implement, monitor, and uphold applicable policies and procedures.
• Review course, student, and faculty scheduling for accuracy and timeliness.
• Participate in budget planning, oversee expenditures, and recommend equipment, lab improvements, and supplies.
• Maintain compliance with accrediting bodies (e.g., JRCERT) and prepare required reports.
• Build and lead a high-performing faculty team through coaching and development.
• Teach clinical and didactic content; mentor students and prepare them for the ARRT exam.
