McLennan Community College in Waco, TX seeks a full-time Radiologic Technology instructor to lead courses, advise students, and participate in program development. You will collaborate across departments, mentor students, and support professional development and accreditation activities while delivering evening, weekend, or online formats as needed.

The role requires a graduate radiography program and a Bachelor’s in Education/Health, ARRT certification and Texas MRT licensing, plus five years

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited radiography program and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Health, or related field.
• Five years of paid work experience in radiologic technology.
• Must hold ARRT certification and active Texas MRT license.

Responsabilidades

• Instruct courses in radiologic technology.
• Advise students, maintain office hours, and participate in college committees.
• Promote and support extra-curricular activities and mentor‑mentee program.
• Develop cross‑departmental student communication, computation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Deliver courses in face‑to‑face and non‑traditional formats (evening/weekend/online).
• Support accreditation activities and program evaluation.
