Core Physicians, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a Medical Assistant to support clerical, clinical and business tasks under supervision in a busy practice. You will perform pre-visit work, take vital signs, assist with exams and administer vaccines as needed.

Location: 118 Portsmouth Ave. Suite B102, Seacoast NH. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 32 hours weekly. Requires CMA/RMA/CCMA or training; BLS within 6 months. Competitive pay with day-one benefits; influenza vaccination required.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required; CMA/RMA/CCMA certification or within 6 months of hire.
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• Clinical support experience preferred in a medical office.

Aufgaben

• Perform pre-visit work, obtain vital signs, and assist providers during examinations.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments, ensure exam rooms are clean and stocked.
• Answer patient calls and messages promptly; manage scheduling and documentation.
• Order labs, referrals, and prescriptions as directed by the provider.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies and infection control standards.
