Job summary

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday rotations, competitive pay, and benefits beginning on day 1. Onsite parking is available across Seacoast New Hampshire locations.

Qualifications

• CMA/RMA/CCMA certification or credentialed through a formal training program.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical duties such as pre-visit work, obtaining vital signs, medication reconciliation, and assisting providers with examinations.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments, stock exam rooms.
• Respond to patient portal messages on the same day.
• Complete pre-visit work, close gaps in care, administer vaccines, and handle prescription refills.
• Schedule pre-admission and diagnostic testing and place follow-up calls to patients.
• Handle daily administrative duties: greeting, scheduling, phones, patient charts, billing tasks.
• Adhere to policies, confidentiality, and participate in daily huddles.
• May perform scribing duties and document encounters; order labs and referrals.
• Monitor care team metrics and outcomes.
• Provide coverage for other Core Offices as needed.
