Job summary

Core Physicians, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is a community-based multi-specialty medical group serving the Seacoast region. This Medical Assistant role supports clinical operations in Exeter, performing pre-visit work, taking vital signs, medication reconciliation, and assisting providers.

The position requires CMA/RMA/CCMA certification (or completion within 6 months), BLS within 6 months, and a High School diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• CMA/RMA/CCMA certification or equivalent required or within 6 months of hire.
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical duties including pre-visit work, vitals, medication reconciliation, and assisting providers.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments; keep exam rooms stocked and clean.
• Respond to patient messages via portal and follow standing protocols for pre-visit work and vaccines.
