Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical duties: pre-visit work, vital signs, medication reconciliation, and assisting with examinations.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments; ensure exam rooms are clean and stocked.
• Respond to patient portal messages on the same day and follow scripting policies.
• Complete pre-visit work, administer vaccines, and manage prescription refills as directed.
• Greet, schedule, chart, file records, collect co-pays, and support daily office operations.
