Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• CMA/RMA/CCMA certification or training program with knowledge testing required within 6 months of hire.
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical duties such as pre-visit work and vital sign collection.
• Provide medication reconciliation and assist providers with examinations/ procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments; maintain exam rooms and stock supplies.
• Respond to patient portal messages the same day per policy.
• Support administrative tasks: scheduling, check-in/out, and chart organization.
• Monitor care team metrics and participate in daily huddles to improve outcomes.
• Provide coverage for other Core Offices as needed.
