Hometown Urgent Care & Occupational Health is seeking a clinical professional to support patient care in a fast-paced setting. You will take histories, measure vital signs, and perform screenings, including EKGs and specimen collections.

The role requires independent judgment, basic EMR use, and adherence to HIPAA guidelines. The position involves travel to designated care centers within the region and requires CPR certification.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in a physician practice or clinic.
• Proficient with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Take patient history and obtain vital signs.
• Perform basic testing and screenings (vision, audio, EKGs, urine tests).
• Conduct phlebotomy for lab samples and document results.
• Assist with exams and minor procedures; injections as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and sterilization standards.
• Coordinate records and referrals; schedule patient appointments.
