You will take patient histories, record vital signs, perform basic testing, assist with exams, manage documentation in EMR, and coordinate referrals. CPR certification and 1–2 years in a clinic setting preferred; travel within designated region may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a physician practice or clinic setting preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Basic computer skills including EMR usage.

Responsibilities

• Take patient history and record vital signs.
• Perform basic tests and screenings (EKG, urine screens, etc.).
• Assist providers with exams and procedures and document results.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate referrals and manage records and scheduling.
