Nao Medical is a modern healthcare network seeking Medical Assistants to support frontline clinical operations across our New York locations. You will assist with phlebotomy, EKGs, wound care, and patient prep, while documenting in EMR and upholding HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification.
• Active EKG and Phlebotomy certifications.
• Strong HIPAA compliance and EMR documentation abilities.
• BLS and Infection Control certifications current.
• Experience in urgent/primary care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and document chief complaints.
• Perform point-of-care testing including EKG and phlebotomy.
• Assist providers with minor procedures and wound care.
• Maintain sterilization protocols in clinical spaces and equipment.
• Support front-desk operations and patient registration as needed.
