Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee MA/PCA staff and patient care activities at a Faculty Group Practice site.
• Manage attendance, schedules, and payroll for direct reports.
• Coordinate activities of medical assistants and participate in patient care planning with physicians.
• Serve as liaison between clinical staff and physicians to ensure high quality patient care.
• Train MA/PCA staff and ensure cross-training for coverage.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety, and QA policies.
