Job summary

The role requires CMA certification, CPR/AED, and several years of healthcare leadership experience, with a focus on performance, compliance, and patient satisfaction across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution plus advanced training.
• Graduation from an approved medical assistant training program.
• Certified Medical Assistant required.
• CPR and AED certification per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.
• Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card for behavioral health locations.
• Minimum four (4) years healthcare experience, including three years leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate staff performance for quality purposes and maintain documentation.
• Maintain accurate time and attendance records.
• Recruit, interview, orient, train, and mentor staff.
• Oversee scheduling, billing, and scanning of records.
• Monitor patient flow and waiting areas to improve productivity.
• Ensure patients and visitors are treated courteously by all staff.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and quality initiatives.
• Travel to other health centers to meet operational needs.
