Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant is required.
• CPR/AED certification per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card for behavioral health locations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staff performance and maintain documentation.
• Oversee scheduling, billing, and scanning of records.
• Manage patient flow and ensure courteous service.
• Assist in budgeting, supply inventory, and cost reporting.
• Lead staff meetings and coaching for performance improvement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and organizational policies.
• Promote teamwork across departments and with providers.
• Support quality improvement and safety initiatives.
