Qualifications

• Basic familiarity with computers. Ability to navigate at a basic level within web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop empathetic relationships with patients and families.
• Assist patients during visits and manage flow.
• Communicate clearly with patient and team.
• Perform MA duties: vitals, EKGs, immunizations, phlebotomy.
• Lead health coaching and population health outreach.
• Queue prescriptions and document in EHR.
• Schedule tests and verify insurance.
• Maintain PHI and OSHA compliance.
