Qualifications

• Demonstrated MA competencies within one year of hire.
• Basic familiarity with computers; navigate web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist patient over the course of visit; ensure smooth flow and timely communication.
• Enter and scribes orders in the EHR; assist with tests, services, or appointments.
• Schedule diagnostic and lab tests; verify insurance and authorizations.
• Monitor safety and PHI usage; comply with OSHA and patient privacy policies.
