Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to balance patient needs and maintain efficient workflow in busy clinic settings, supporting the physician in all procedural aspects and ensuring an excellent service experience.

Locations include Trenton, Marlton, and Philadelphia. Schedule is Monday–Friday with compensation of $21–$25/hour. Bilingual English and Spanish is required to help diverse patients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-2 years hands-on clinical experience as Medical Assistant or similar patient care role.
• Experience performing vital signs, rooming patients, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection.
• Completion of Medical Assistant training program and/or CMA/RMA/CCMA certification preferred.
• Proven patient-facing experience in fast-paced environments; bilingual required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and assist patients upon arrival to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Document vital signs and clinical history in EMR/EHR systems.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, vaccinations, and specimen collection as trained.
• Document interactions accurately and maintain efficient charting in EMR/EHR.
• Support care across physician offices, clinics, urgent care, hospitals, or home health when needed.

Position Summary:

As a Medical Assistant, you would balance the needs of patients and maintain efficient work flow of the office as well as provide support to the physician in all facets of medical procedures – before during and after. In addition, you would ensure that the patient has an excellent service experience.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Locations: Trenton, Marlton & Philadelphia (Bustleton) clinics.
• Compensation : $21-$25/hr
• Bilingual Requirement: Must be fluent in English & Spanish

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, room, and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and positive patient experience.
• Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information in the electronic medical record (EMR/EHR).
• Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, injections/vaccinations, specimen collection, and other duties within scope of training and certification.
• Accurately document patient interactions and clinical information using EMR/EHR systems.
• Deliver exceptional patient service while managing a high volume of patient interactions in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Utilize EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems.
• Support patient care within a healthcare setting, including physician offices, clinics, urgent care centers, pharmacies, hospitals, or home health environments.
• Leverage bilingual communication skills to support patient interactions when applicable.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• 1-2 years of hands-on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar direct patient care role (e.g., Medical Assistant externship, CNA, HHA, Nursing Assistant, or Patient Care Technician), required.
• Experience performing clinical duties such as vital signs, patient rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection , required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or current CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification preferred.
• Proven patient-facing or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, required.
• Bilingual Required - English & Spanish
