The ideal candidate will have completed an accredited Medical Assistant program, CPR/BLS, and EHR experience; there are opportunities to scribe with training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Basic computer and EHR skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
• Collect and document vital signs and patient histories.
• Scribe during examinations or train to become a medical scribe.
• Maintain exam rooms and medical equipment.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
