Responsibilities

• Scribe and CMA duties including documenting clinician notes and assisting with patient care
• Accompany clinicians to patient rooms and transcribe dictations into the EMR
• Prepare patients for examinations; take history, vital signs, and assist with procedures
• Coordinate patient care and communications among clinicians, patients, and external providers
• Greet patients and visitors; promote patient satisfaction and service quality
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance
